We deliver to all addresses in Bulgaria using Speedy AD and Econt Express OOD. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from order confirmation. Delivery is free of charge for all orders. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. zorliva.eu cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, provided the product packaging is unopened and the product is in its original, resalable condition.
zorliva.eu additionally offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 calendar days of delivery, contact us at [email protected] or call +359 87 364 5291 and we will arrange a full refund or replacement. Return shipping within Bulgaria is covered by zorliva.eu.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us clearly in writing (email or contact form). Once we receive the returned product in satisfactory condition, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method as your original transaction.
